Notifications Not Working or Missing

Types of Notifications in FeatureShark
FeatureShark sends several types of notifications:
- New feature requests submitted to your boards
- Votes and comments on existing features
- Status updates when you change feature statuses
- Weekly/monthly summaries of activity
- System updates and maintenance notifications
Email Notifications Not Working
Check Your Email Settings
- Log into your FeatureShark account
- Go to Settings > Notifications
- Verify that email notifications are enabled
- Check that your email address is correct
- Review which notification types are enabled
Email Delivery Issues
Check your spam/junk folder
- FeatureShark emails might be filtered as spam
- Look for emails from
