Managing Your Billing Information

Keep your billing information up-to-date and access your payment history with these simple steps.

Accessing Billing Settings

Navigate to Billing

  1. Log into your FeatureShark account
  2. Click your profile picture in the top right
  3. Select Account Settings
  4. Go to the Billing tab

Payment Methods

Adding a New Payment Method

  1. In the Billing section, click Add Payment Method
  2. Choose your payment type:
    • Credit Card: Enter card details
    • PayPal: Connect your PayPal account
  3. Set as default payment method (optional)
  4. Click Save

Updating Existing Payment Method

  1. Find the payment method in your list
  2. Click Edit next to the method
  3. Update the information
  4. Click Save Changes

Removing a Payment Method

āš ļø Note: You cannot remove your primary payment method if you have an active subscription.

  1. Click Remove next to the payment method
  2. Confirm the removal
  3. The method will be deleted immediately

Invoices and Receipts

Viewing Invoice History

  • All invoices are available in the Billing History section
  • Invoices show:
    • Invoice number and date
    • Amount charged
    • Plan details
    • Payment method used

Downloading Invoices

  1. Click Download PDF next to any invoice
  2. Invoices include all tax information
  3. Save for your accounting records

Email Receipts

  • Automatic receipts are sent after each payment
  • Check the email associated with your account
  • Receipts include the same information as invoices

Billing Address

Updating Your Billing Address

  1. Go to Billing Information
  2. Click Edit Address
  3. Update your details:
    • Company name
    • Street address
    • City, state, ZIP code
    • Country
    • Tax ID (if applicable)
  4. Click Save

Why Billing Address Matters

  • Required for tax calculations
  • Appears on all invoices

Subscription Management

Current Plan Information

Your billing page shows:

  • Current plan name and cost
  • Next billing date

Changing Billing Cycle

  2. Choose Monthly or Annual

  4. New cycle starts at next billing period

  3. Third Attempt: Final retry in 7 days
  4. Account Suspension: After 15 days of failed payments

  4. Reach out to support for help

  • Keep payment methods current

VAT and Sales Tax

  • Automatically calculated based on billing address
  • Rates vary by location
  • Clearly shown on invoices

  • Add your VAT number for B2B transactions

Refunds and Credits

Refund Policy

  • 30-day money-back guarantee
  • Prorated refunds for annual plans

Requesting a Refund

  1. Contact support within 30 days
  2. Provide reason for refund request
  3. Refunds processed within 5-10 business days

Account Credits
