Cancellation Process
Step 1: Access Billing Settings
- Log into your FeatureShark account
- Click your profile picture in the top right
- Select Account Settings
- Go to the Billing tab
Step 2: Cancel Subscription
- Scroll to the Subscription section
- Click Cancel Subscription
- Select your reason for canceling (optional feedback)
- Click Confirm Cancellation

- You'll receive an email confirmation
- Your subscription remains active until the current billing period ends
