Cancellation Process

Step 1: Access Billing Settings

  1. Log into your FeatureShark account
  2. Click your profile picture in the top right
  3. Select Account Settings
  4. Go to the Billing tab

Step 2: Cancel Subscription

  1. Scroll to the Subscription section
  2. Click Cancel Subscription
  3. Select your reason for canceling (optional feedback)
  4. Click Confirm Cancellation

Step 3: Confirmation

  • You'll receive an email confirmation
